Gospel singer Baby Gloria who last had a hit song 10 years ago, has finally addressed the swirling rumours that have taken over social media, alleging a romantic relationship between her husband, Jonas Mbaleka, and her younger sister, Jolly Mirembe Ssenyonjo. And her message is clear: the story is pure fiction.

Speaking during an interview on a local televison direct call, Baby Gloria described the claims as false, malicious, and deeply hurtful to her family.

''It's impossible. I was surprised by these rumours because they are untrue. My sister is still a young girl who is not engaging in any romantic or sexual relationships,'' she stated firmly

''My husband and I are in good terms in our marriage at home. We are very okay, and I don't understand the intentions of people spreading such false accusations,'' she added.

The rumours are believed to have stemmed from Jolly's emotional speech at Gloria's wedding, where she mentioned how she and her brother-in-law sometimes share light moments and jokes. What was meant as innocent family warmth was quickly twisted by online gossip mills into a scandal.

For context, Baby Gloria and Jonas Mbaleka's love story has been public and transparent. The two met in 2017, began dating in 2020, got engaged soon after, and officially tied the knot in 2025.
